Toba/Samosir Development Plan

For the time being, Samosir and Toba will be released in tandem, with the same revision numbers and combined development goals. The revision numbers have the following format:

major.minor.build

Major release numbers will be the major application versions.

Minor release numbers will indicate incremental change. An even release number will contain new functionality and should be thought of as a beta release. An odd release number will contain a stabilization of those new features and should be considered a production release.

Build release numbers will indicate minor bug fixes.
